My aim is to support people at every stage of their exercise journey, offering a practical, personal, and enjoyable approach to nutrition and fuelling. I believe food should support your training and recovery without adding stress or feeling restrictive.
With a strong grounding in sports nutrition science and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best, I offer one-to-one support, personalised nutrition plans, and realistic advice that fits around your life.
