Ongoing support to help you adapt your nutrition as training demands change.

Includes:

  • Initial assessment (60 minutes)

  • Two follow-up consultations (30–45 minutes each)

  • Nutrition support aligned with your training programme

  • Support with recovery, fatigue, and gut comfort

  • Written plan updates and email support between sessions

Endurance or Power athletes training consistently who want support through a training block.

Health-First Performance Support

£220 | 12 weeks

Longer-term support for athletes who want to improve performance while prioritising health and sustainability.
